Whole Wheat Cocoa Cake with Truvia

 

Dry ingredients:

1 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2/3 cup Truvia (http://www.truvia.com/)

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

Wet ingredients:

1 cup freshly brewed coffee

1 cup plain  lassi (drinkable Indian style yogurt)

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 eggs, jumbo size

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then mix in the wet ingredients. Pour batter into a round baking  pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
